The interview process was quite informal. I spoke with the Director of Accounting and the HR Director for about 30 minutes in a free-form conversation. I got a job offer the very next day.

HR will give you a ring to set up an interview. After that, you'll meet with the supervisors of the department(s) where you'd be working. Get ready to talk with 2 or more people at once. HR will lay out the benefits and salary info if they decide to offer you the job (they did for me the same day). Then, you'll let HR know if you want to accept the offer. The whole hiring thing was super fast.

It started with a call from HR, then I interviewed with the unit leader/supervisor. After an offer was made, there was a background check and a drug test. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward process. I felt at ease with the small group I met.
