First, we had a phone call over zoom with two senior employees. After that, we did a half day meet and greet in person and also an excel test. The meet and greet is when we invite you into the office so you can chat with everyone and get a feel for the company and what they do all day.

It was a pretty relaxed process. Started with a quick chat with the recruiter, then a call with the hiring managers, followed by a full day at the office. The first call with the recruiter was mostly about my background and college stuff, like behavioral questions. The hiring managers' call was chill; they know you're new to this, so they talked a lot about the role while asking about me. No hard technical stuff there. The in-office day involved talking with current analysts to get a feel for the daily tasks. Oh, and there was an Excel test, which was pretty simple.

It was a three-step process: a phone screening, then a zoom interview, and finally an in-person day where I met with all the VPs and directors. There was also an excel test during that final round. Honestly, they didn't ask me that many questions; it was pretty conversational. The only technical part was the excel test in the last stage.

I had a couple of phone interviews with both of the SVPs before heading to Charlotte to meet the team. Once I arrived, I had one-on-one conversations with both of them again, followed by an Excel test covering all relevant functions. Overall, I thought it was a good experience; everyone was very friendly and transparent throughout the entire process.
