Had a video interview that was about 20 minutes long. I talked with the District Manager. They asked me about my experience and then there was a pause after I spoke. They then quickly offered me the job.

The interview process was pretty standard. I was asked some typical questions like, 'tell me about a tough time you faced and how you dealt with it.' I had my interview at one of the restaurants with a manager who rotates through different roles. I got an offer pretty quickly after that.

The interview was very laid back, mostly asked standard questions about experience, availability, and if I had a food handlers card. They did ask one interesting question that requires thinking on the spot
