The first round was an hour long. It took three weeks to hear back after that first interview. I suspect they were looking for candidates with similar skills but at a much lower pay rate than I asked for, which was the average for the area. The company's motto is low-price technically acceptable (LPTA).

It was a phone screen and then an in-person interview. The process is pretty straightforward; they'll ask you about your recruiting methods. You'll be asked about the percentage of candidates you find via vendors, job boards, and online searches. Also, how you can tell if a resume is legit or not.
