First, there was a cognitive and personality test. Then, a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter to get to know my experience level. After that, a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager, which was more technical, mostly discussing past projects and software I've used. The whole process was super nice and casual. The day after the final phone interview, I had to retake the cognitive test while video chatting with the recruiter, and she gave me an offer right after.

The interview process started with a chat with the QA lead about general QA stuff, testing methods, and automation strategy. Then, there was a panel interview with two QA team members where I had to do a REST API exercise and also work on UI test automation and SQL. It seems there are a few more panel interviews after that. To get an offer, I'll also need to pass a cognitive assessment.

The interview process was really good. First, a recruiter called me for a 30-minute chat about my background, QA methods, and tech. Shortly after, I had a meeting with the hiring manager. We talked about my recent work and went deep into QA methodologies and technologies. It was pretty straightforward with not too many technical questions. Sadly, they hired someone internally, but they encouraged me to apply for future openings.
