Program Manager
The whole process was pretty fast, done in about 2 weeks. It started with an initial phone call with HR, and they were really good at communicating throughout. Then I moved on to the second phase with the hiring manager. This interview was in person, which was a bit strange for me as it was my first one since the pandemic started. The person I was supposed to interview with wasn't available, so I ended up meeting with the CEO instead. He seemed unprepared about my background and resume. He started from the oldest part of my resume and worked his way up, which isn't ideal when you don't really want to dive deep into 10-year-old experiences. The conversation got a bit weird at times. He was very direct, which I could appreciate. All in all, it wasn't a terrible interview, but definitely not the best one I've had.
- Would you be comfortable working in the office five days a week?
Administrative
Applied via Craigslist. Had a phone interview, then an in-person with senior management, followed by another in-person with someone I'd report to if hired. All this happened super fast, within 3 days. The phone chat was brief, about 10 minutes. The in-person meetings were each about half an hour to an hour. Got a verbal offer on day 4, with the written one supposed to arrive that same day. But, the written offer didn't come for at least a week because they had to do a background check, and I had to chase them for an update.

Proposal Writer
It was a very basic interview, with a discussion about my past experience and how it fits with the company. Since I'm a recent college grad, most of my experience had to be relatable but not exact. Their recruiter was really nice and personable, so the interview was very stress-free. They focused on training and willingness to learn, as well as collaboration with other staff members.
- How does your experience align with our company's needs?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- What is your desired training duration?
Engineer
The interview process was very professional. The interviewers were experienced and made me feel like I could make an impact at the company. They offer great benefits and the company culture is very good, making it easy to blend in.
- Tell me about your professional expertise in this field.
