Project Coordinator
Applied online, then had a phone screen a week later. The second interview was in-person with the department manager/leader, and there was a third technical interview. Unfortunately, I felt the company had zero respect for my time and the entire process felt unpleasant. The recruiter forgot about our initial phone screen, and I had to reschedule it for the next day. The person conducting the second in-person interview was late and unprepared. They offered $22/hr hourly non-exempt, despite stating the range was $20-30/hr. The onboarding application required disclosing pay and reasons for leaving my previous employers. They will bill you for training costs if you leave within a year. They offer a small monthly device allowance, a basic 401k, 1 week PTO the first year (2 weeks after the second year), 5 sick days, and weekly paychecks. They decide if you're a fit, and you just need to be prepared to stay positive and pitch yourself. The final technical interview, which asked about prior experience and pitching the company, was the most structured and pleasant.

Marketing
I initially found the interview quite pleasant and not intimidating. The manager interviewing was super welcoming and answered any questions I had. She reviewed my resume and ensured the general responsibilities were something I was willing to do (hours, travel, work pace). Before we concluded, she asked what was my ultimate goal if I was hired where I expressed exploring additional skills I can learn within the Marketing department and overall growth. She assured that would be something they can provide and I seem like an ideal candidate for the role. She asked if I was open to meeting the VP once the interview concluded and I accepted. Once they returned to the room, it was clear the tone had changed. I was immediately questioned on my resume again as "wanting to learn new marketing skills would not be in my responsibilities as this is an event planning oriented role," which I was fully aware of and discussed with the Manager. My response to the final question also rose concern as the VP expressed concern that my "desire for growth is not something she could provide as there were no higher positions available at the moment that she could offer." I was very stunned as I was confused where I gave the impression in desiring a promotion immediately upon being hired. It also didn't sit well with me as she continued to speak down on the Manager when she left the room as she "has not been here for long." No later than a few hours post-interview, I received the rejection email stating "they have found another candidate more aligned in their experiences and the demands of the role." However, the job posting is still present and updated. I wish the experience ended on better terms cause I was very excited for the role and assist in the work they did.

Administrative Assistant
I applied and then got a random call the same day from the recruiter for a phone screen. Then I had an interview with HR and the recruiter the next week, which I passed. After that, I interviewed with two hiring managers who asked a few quick questions and then I ended up talking about the job for the next 30 minutes. The next day, the recruiter called and suggested I might be a better fit for a different position. I interviewed for that the following day and it went well. It was Friday, and I didn't hear back until Tuesday when I called them to find out both offers had been extended. It was super unprofessional! The recruiter also gave me the wrong job description for the third onsite interview. Additionally, there was a 'Prove it!' session that likely took 2-3 hours and involved 7 different tests.
- Can you elaborate on your previous work experience?
- What do you consider to be your biggest weaknesses?

Help Desk Technician
The interview process was great. They responded quickly, and scheduling was easy. The office was nice. The hiring manager was professional and serious about her role. The hours were fine. They asked typical questions. It's a good help desk job. I definitely recommend it.
- Can you describe your ability to handle pressure situations?
