Software Engineer
It was a phone call, and that was it. Then I had a zoom meeting with my future manager and the HR person I spoke with on the phone. I didn't have to go in for an interview. I was the one who turned on my video first, which prompted the HR person to do the same, but my soon-to-be boss had to go change before turning on his camera. Otherwise, it would have just been a group call over zoom.

The interview had two parts: first an exam, then a face-to-face interview. The exam included a quiz, a typing test, an Excel test, and an email writing task. The quiz, Excel, and email writing parts were pretty straightforward.
