A recruiter reached out to me over a year ago, and I decided to move forward with the process. I had an initial phone interview with the RVP, which went well. Then, I interviewed with the WW VP, and that also seemed to go well. After that, I didn't hear anything back. Later, another recruiter contacted me. When I responded, I was informed that both the WW VP and the original recruiter had left the company. They advised me to reapply online, which I did. I received a callback from a different recruiter, who informed me that the second recruiter had also left. I was then encouraged to contact the original RVP. Subsequently, a fourth recruiter called me late at night at home and questioned me extensively about my market knowledge. This recruiter was very apologetic and expressed interest in staying in touch.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

It started with the normal recruiter call, then a call with the hiring manager. Then I did some samples and tests, followed by a call with the manager's manager. There was more testing, then a call with a peer. The final step was a call with the CFO, which led to an offer. I never met anyone in person and never had references checked. The whole thing was supposed to be under 6 weeks, but the hiring manager went on a 2-week vacation and didn't tell anyone or arrange cover. If I hadn't followed up, I might have been overlooked. We also lost another good candidate that way, with the same manager, so maybe that's his way of rejecting people. Turns out he was a terrible manager anyway.

Got a referral from someone currently working there, then applied via Jobvite. About a week after applying, I was sent an email to schedule a video call with a recruiter. Following that, two additional phone interviews were arranged with individuals from teams that collaborate with the training team. I felt I did well in these interviews.
