The interview was pretty straightforward and quick. They started by asking me to introduce myself and then speak a bit in English to gauge my language skills. Following that, the interviewer went over the job duties, the kinds of calls I'd be handling, and the essential qualifications needed for the role. It was mainly a chat to get acquainted and to explain the position.

I went through two professional interviews and one medical interview, passed all the filters, and was enrolled in training without discussing the job offer. I mentioned this via call and email to the recruitment personnel and never received a concrete response. They escalated the situation with more people, but no one was able to schedule a final interview/call to discuss the offer for the vacancy and finalize the process.

Recruiters take a while to get back to you to see if you're still interested, then a long process of filters and interviews starts, lasting about 3 to 4 weeks. There's an interview in English, then another English test later, then they check if you're qualified and do a physical exam, and ask general stuff.

I had a phone screen and they said they'd get back to me in a day. A week later, the same person called me for a more formal interview. They mentioned who I'd meet next and that it would be within the following week. I didn't hear anything for a month. Then, they reached out to schedule an interview, and we set a time. They sent an invite titled 'interview.' For the first few minutes of the scheduled time, no one joined. The recruiter then joined and asked when I could do an interview. We rescheduled for the following Monday. I attended, but again, no one joined. I emailed the recruiter to see if we should reschedule and haven't heard back. It seems like their talent acquisition team could really use a project manager. I'll watch for the job posting.
