Behavioral Group

HR recruiter called me a week after I applied online. The hiring manager called me the next week. Then I had an on-site interview scheduled for the third week. The company did not cover travel costs to Tampa for this interview. It was supposed to be a 1-hour panel interview with four employees, but only the hiring manager showed up. No explanation was given, and they didn't discuss benefits or pay range. The office was new and fancy. I got an email saying I didn't get the job 24 hours after the interview.
