Got a call for a screening, but it felt like the interviewer was really just looking for reasons to disqualify me, making assumptions about my resume which I then had to clarify. It really seemed like she had already decided by the end of the conversation, even though it was supposed to be a straightforward screening that I was qualified for.

The process started with a phone interview. It seemed okay initially, but the interviewer wasn't very engaged and didn't seem to grasp my answers. They mentioned a relocation requirement if you live within 30 minutes. Next, there was an SQL programming exam, which felt like it didn't give enough time to finish all the questions. The questions themselves seemed pretty basic, though it did include an SQL cursor. I didn't get to the in-person interview stage.

For an entry level SQL role, I had to take a test. I studied and returned, and then I was offered the job. The process included: 1) an onsite interview at college, 2) a phone interview to go over my resume, 3) an onsite interview at DataLab, 4) another onsite interview at DataLab, and 5) a phone interview with the manager who is now my boss.
