The manager talk was pretty straightforward, no technical questions were asked. I had an exercise sheet to complete, and I think I took too long to submit it, as I sent it back on the last day of the deadline. However, the questions on the sheet are a good way to evaluate technical skills. I'm not sure if they'll also consider how I phrase my answers, specifically regarding customer interaction.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a long and sometimes tough process. First, a call with HR, then an interview with the Manager. After that, there was a technical assessment and a technical interview with the team members. Then, an interview with the Head of the Department, followed by another chat with HR. Even though it was challenging at times, the people were great and it was one of the more comfortable interview experiences.

The interview process had several stages: HR, a pre-technical interview, a take-home task, a technical interview where we discussed the take-home task, and a final interview to understand my mindset and cultural fit. I liked that the hardest part, the technical interview, was the take-home task, allowing me to work on it in a quiet environment. The next stage verified my work through related questions. I also appreciated that the interviewers were friendly and answered my questions about the product and the task.
