The interview process had about 5 to 6 steps, including an assessment. Generally, the interviews were 30-minute conversations where I met various stakeholders. I applied for a position in Paris, and the entire process took two months. After the sixth step, I was told there would be another round, but I received no further communication about the feedback, whether positive or negative. For a company that claims to strive for excellence, this was rather disappointing. The overall experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional for a software company with such an innovative product.

A few days after I applied for the Recruiting Coordinator role in Paris, I got an email for a first video call. The recruiter was running late and then called to say she had WiFi issues and couldn't make the meeting, apologizing and suggesting we reschedule. Then she asked, "Do you speak French?" - even though my French level is on my resume and the job offer didn't mention French as a requirement. She then said the call would be in French and that if I didn't speak it fluently, my application would have to be rejected, which I found ridiculous. It's a shame because reading the resume beforehand could have prevented this bad candidate experience.

I had a 1st Round with a TA Lead, then a 2nd Round with a Senior TA. After that, it was a 3rd Round with an Engineering Manager, and a 4th Round with a VP. The final step was with the Global Head of TA.
