I had several interviews with C-suite members and a mock/role play. It was all pretty straightforward. The team was pleasant and efficient throughout the process and good about communicating next steps. After the full interview process was over, I was told I performed well and received good feedback from the team, but they were looking for someone with more AI experience that could hit the ground running given their current account load. While I understand this choice, this seems like a conclusion that could’ve very easily been reached earlier on before I invested a lot of time and energy into the 3 week process. Just didn’t leave feeling my time was respected or I was especially valued as a candidate. The interview process and coordination are top notch, but please be clearer and more aligned upfront about what you’re looking for. Otherwise, you’re going to waste a lot of people’s time.

I talked to the recruiter, hiring manager, and some C-level execs. After a few rounds, they went silent with no updates, which was unprofessional and a waste of time. Maybe recruiting is better in Paris, but it's questionable elsewhere. The company seems great initially, but as you learn more, it feels like they're still figuring things out - a total mess. I wouldn't want to join. They'll likely fail and close US operations.

It was a 7-round interview process, which included a role play where I had to demo presenting DSS to a potential client. It was a long process, but I think it's good so both sides can check if it's a good fit. I thought about a group interview to make it faster, but I like having 1x1 time with everyone. They were transparent about the process and wanted to make sure I understood what was expected. I particularly enjoyed the peer interview; it gave me insight into what the job would entail.
