I applied on LinkedIn for what was advertised as a remote Business Development Representative role. However, during the initial part of the interview, I learned it was actually a hybrid position based in Milan. The HR rep said she'd check if I could work 100% remotely and then the meeting ended abruptly, lasting only about 3 minutes. After that, I was ghosted and never received any follow-up.

After a quick HR call, there are 4 main interviews: first with the Hiring Manager, then a role play with an Account Executive, Marketing, and the Manager where you do a discovery with a prospect, followed by an interview with the Regional VP, and finally the Global Leader.

Huge props to the Dataiku team, they were incredible. The recruiter, Tessa, was amazing - attentive, supportive, and communicative. Even when she was out of the country, she went above and beyond. It set the tone for the whole process. Everyone I interviewed with was fantastic, one of the best experiences. The process is long, with 4 interviews and one role play, but it flows well and stays interesting. It's a great way to connect with people throughout the company.
