I would stay away from this company. After the whole process and receiving an offer, they withdrew the position without even formally and directly communicating the decision. It was one of the worst recruitment processes ever, with a lack of clarity and communication. Additionally, there was a lack of clarity on the company strategy, which negatively impacted people and candidates.

So I started with a quick call with the recruiters, then I had two 45-minute chats with sales managers for different regions, and after that, a 35-minute mock discovery call. Honestly, I was a bit surprised they even talked to me since I don't have an ML/AI background. They mentioned they knew I wasn't from that background but felt I could learn it based on our talks. For the mock call, they gave me a use case from an industry that wasn't even on their website, so I had to dig into their white papers to figure out the main issues for that industry. We debriefed after the call, and I got some good and bad feedback, which was helpful. I asked if anything would stop me from moving forward, and they said they needed to compare notes first. Sadly, they decided not to proceed after that. There was some confusion with the recruiter, and I didn't get much clear feedback on why. I guess they wanted someone more comfortable talking ML/AI and someone with more experience doing technical demos without a Solutions Consultant. It was a bummer it didn't work out. I thought some of the expectations for the discovery call were a bit much, especially since they were okay with my background earlier on, but I get that it's tough to make these calls. My advice: be ready to do technical discoveries and demos solo, and ideally have experience with a competitor. It's a cool space and company, and they're definitely selective.

The interview process involved multiple remote interviews where I met the entire team, including both senior and junior members. It wasn't overly technical since they hired quite a few people who weren't deeply familiar with AI.
