Technical Coding Behavioral

It was a friendly and comforting interview process. In total, there were 4 rounds: a basic one, a technical one, a coding one, and an HR one. Overall, it was a good experience and I got selected. I accepted the offer and worked with the organization, which I enjoyed.

Technical Coding

They first made me take an aptitude test, which felt unnecessary given my 5+ years of experience. After passing that, I had a written technical test with SQL questions. Since I'm good at writing queries, I used advanced SQL functions to answer the questions on paper, as there was no SQL editor available. The HR took my paper to a technical person for review. After a while, the HR told me my answers didn't match and suggested I reapply in three months. I later checked my answers and found them to be 100 percent correct. It seemed like they weren't looking to hire anyone, which turned out to be the case. They wasted 2 hours of my time and still expect me to apply again. The infrastructure is really bad and not recommended. My advice: please value people's time and have your technical guys at least meet candidates face-to-face for evaluations.

Technical Behavioral

The process was okay. There were 2 technical rounds and 1 director round. 2 rounds went well, but the next round was a very bad experience due to the unprofessionalism of the other person. It's a very small company with extremely poor infrastructure!!!! Strictly not to join....
