First, there was an online screening test with the recruiter. Then, an online interview with the senior manager. After that, a face-to-face interview with the senior manager, which probably included role-playing. Finally, there was an interview with the APAC Director.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So, I went through this whole interview process, and then they rescinded my offer. First, there was a screening, then an in-person interview with the SDR managers, followed by a call with the director. I passed all of those, but then they made me interview AGAIN with another manager. I got the offer and signed it, but then they rescinded it because I couldn't 'properly fill out the background check.' Apparently, they wanted 7 years of work history WITH documentation, like offer letters, which, who even keeps that stuff? They were EXTREMELY rude about it when I tried to ask questions.

Behavioral Other

The hiring process here wasn't very structured, with only two stages spread out over three months. They didn't seem very intentional about using technology or focusing on the software selling experience. It felt like they were just trying to fill a position and admitted they have high employee turnover. They were pretty disingenuous during the process and offered the lowest possible salary. They seem to be looking for people they can pressure into working long hours, as they inquired about my education and personal life.
