The interview was really disappointing. The recruiter from UK rushed through the questions and didn't let me fully respond. It was only 20 minutes and she didn't even introduce herself or the role, which was a bad start. It felt like they were just checking a box during the holidays because it was so dismissive and unstructured. I hope they improve their hiring process so candidates are treated better, as it leaves a bad impression.

This recruiter role has a really long and honestly unnecessary interview process, like 7-8 rounds meeting with different employees. It's kinda frustrating 'cause you have to explain your experience over and over, suggesting a lack of communication. It takes up too much of candidates' time and could definitely be shorter.

Had an intro call with the Recruiter. Then went through 3 rounds, each an hour long. Two of these were with Directors of Engineering, which was awesome because it's the first time I've had full insight into the business I'd be supporting. The other was with a Sr. Sourcer on the team. I really enjoyed all these rounds; they felt refreshing and energizing. After that, there was a Q&A with the Team Manager, which I also loved.
