Behavioral

The first step involved a call with an HR recruiter based in Singapore. Unfortunately, the recruiter was late and offered no apology, seeming uninterested or perhaps tired. They proceeded to ask the same question three times, indicating a lack of active listening. The conversation quickly ended when the recruiter inquired about my current earnings, which I suspect was too high for their budget. I wasn't given an opportunity to discuss my flexibility with salary negotiations. This initial interaction was disappointing as it's a crucial part of understanding a company.

Behavioral Technical Case

The hiring process was pretty straightforward, mostly behavioural and situational questions. It involved an initial screening, an interview with the hiring manager, and then a peer interview/challenge. The interviewers were professional and helpful, but the whole thing took a while because of gaps between stages. It was basically what you'd anticipate. The main things to know: This isn't really Customer Success; it's more Sales with a dash of Customer Service. The requirement to be in the office 3 days a week (strictly enforced with full days expected) is likely the reason for their high turnover and difficulty in hiring.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through several rounds over Zoom, which were pretty standard behavioral interviews. Then, for my third round, which was three interviews back-to-back, I had to go in person for a panel interview. After the panel, I got rejected, but they didn't give me any feedback.
