The interview process was pretty standard. I had an initial screening interview, then an interview with the hiring manager, and then I provided a writing sample. The process was pretty laid back.

It was the best interview experience I've had in my entire career. They asked about what really mattered, answered my questions without beating around the bush, and the chat wasn't stiff like most job interviews. We even had some laughs.

The interview process was pretty simple. It involved about 2-3 rounds where they got to know me. There was also a short technical questions round. Each round, I spoke with someone more senior than the last, starting with HR, then the Software Project Managers, and finally a quick chat with the CTO.

The process felt like it dragged on for two to three weeks, with interviews every couple of days. It seemed like they'd hold onto candidates while trying to finalize things with their top choice. It was exhausting and felt like a waste of time.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • HR has a long list of interview questions which would last round 60 minutes and will questions will be asked again and again
