The recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. The interview lasted 10 minutes. They told me they had candidates more aligned with what they were looking for, and that if the process didn't work out with them, which they "doubted", they would contact me. I never received any feedback, neither positive nor negative.

So, this wasn't the best interview experience. The first chat with the recruiter felt more like a numbers-focused interrogation, which is usually something I expect later on. We didn't even discuss the company or why it's a good place to work. I had my metrics ready, but the recruiter seemed to think I wasn't getting their questions. They'd jump in with 'right, but what I'm asking is' pretty fast after I'd answer. I knew within the first 5 minutes that they thought I was wasting their time. No behavioral questions at all, just pure numbers.

I was referred by an existing employee, so after a quick chat with them, I had a 45-minute phone interview with the Talent Acquisition Team. It was a friendly and thoughtful conversation. About a week later, I visited the DataCamp offices for about two hours to meet individually with their Chief Sales Officer, CPO, and CEO. The meeting with the Chief Sales Officer was short, but overall it was a great experience. It was impressive to meet such high-level people who seemed so engaged. They covered the usual interview topics, but it felt more like a conversation. Even though my last meeting started late, we talked until almost 7:30pm without noticing. I was really impressed by everyone's passion and sincerity.
