Technical Coding Other

The interview process included a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen. Then there was an onsite interview where I had to solve Java basic problems, demonstrate OOP and SQL knowledge, and discuss Spring. I also talked about previous projects and fixed some code, explaining which design patterns should be used.

  • Can you explain CI/CD?
  • Which design patterns are you familiar with or have you used?
  • Tell me about Spring security.

Behavioral Technical Coding

First, an HR interview in English, then a technical one. It was a chill chat about basic JS and React concepts, everything was normal up to this point. After the technical interview, they messed me around a lot. I had 4 more interviews until I received 2 emails talking about other interviews they wanted me to have (practice ones). These were going to last 2 hours in total, all of that just to see if I would then have ANOTHER interview, and all of this without any job offer. Basically, they wanted me to work for free. Honestly, it was a bummer, they kept giving me very good feedback which got my hopes up, but there was never an offer, a disaster.

  • Can you explain hoisting in JavaScript?
  • What do you understand by closure in JS?
  • Explain event bubbling.
