IT Recruiter
They reached out to me on the job board and we had a screening call to check my Eng level. Then, I was invited for an in-office interview. There were two interviewers, a Recruiter and an HR person. They started by shaming my education, which was surprising since I graduated from a top university. They also mentioned knowing my current Manager, claiming to be friends.
- What is your capacity for managing multiple roles?

The interview process was quick and helpful. They responded to my CV in about a day over the phone. Then, we scheduled a Skype interview that was about 40 minutes long, and the conversation was pleasant and easy. Next, I had an interview at the office with two specialists who assessed my skills, experience, and interests. We also arranged a call in English with a teacher. On that same day, I received a job offer, which was a welcome surprise due to the fast decision.
- Could you describe the most difficult vacancy you successfully filled?
