My interview experience was rough due to the recruiter and HR, but the Delivery Manager was great and professional. I accepted the job offer because of the interesting project.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was recommended by a friend who works for DataArt. The interview process has two steps. First is an English speaking interview to identify my English level, which is required since it's an outsource company and my English needs to be high enough to deal with foreign customers. I had a phone call with different questions not related to my work experience. It was short and interesting. After that, I was invited for a personal interview with the delivery manager. There were no required written tests. I shared all my skills and experience from my previous jobs and was asked different questions. I really enjoyed talking to the delivery manager; it was an informative, clear, and pleasant conversation between two professionals. I really like that DataArt has only two interview steps compared to other companies where it can take up to 5 interviews, making the employment process pretty tough. DataArt's employment process is smart and professional.

I met with HR first who showed me to a conference room. We had a quick chat and I got instructions for the Skype call. HR offered me water to help me relax. The call itself was good, with two interviewers (a DM and a PM) who asked me about my experience and skills. After that, I had another meeting with HR where they told me more about the company and I could ask them some questions.
