The process started with an HR round where the recruiter asked about my previous work. Then, there was a manager round where I was asked to submit a Github program, which I did. Unfortunately, after that, I didn't hear back or get any replies to my emails, which was disappointing even if it was a rejection.

It was a long process, around 5-6 stages. Started with a recruiter call, then a 30min chat with the team. After that, there was the Design Challenge. This included a 1hr intro call, then I had to create wireframes for the exercise. If they liked it, there would be a review call, followed by a final interview with leadership. I only made it to the design exercise stage. They sent a generic email saying I didn't get it after I submitted my work, which felt like a waste of my time.

I had an initial chat with a recruiter, then interviewed with someone who is interim in the role. The final round was with the COO and interim COO. Even though they were going through some transitions, they were pretty responsive.
