I had to take an English and math assessment first, then they called me for an interview. The interview mostly covered standard questions about my past jobs, any gaps in my work history, my education, and other typical interview topics. It wasn't too difficult.

The overall interview process went pretty smoothly. I had informal meetings with managers and team members which I thought was a good way to start. Things got a little bumpy with HR afterward. They seemed really interested and asked about my salary expectations. After I told them, I didn't hear back for a while. I had to follow up about a week or two later, and they said I was outside their compensation range. They didn't make a counteroffer or try to meet my needs initially. We eventually worked through that, and I accepted the offer. My HR contact was helpful, but I think their process could be improved.
