The interview process was horrible. I was ghosted after the first recruiter call. I sent follow-up emails weeks later to check on my status because the recruiter promised he would get back to me the following week, but I heard nothing. It's not too much to ask for an email saying thank you but no thank you. It was super unprofessional. The recruiter was late to our meeting and I had to email him to ask why he hadn't called as he said he would. I should have taken that as a sign. I was very disappointed with how I was treated.

The interview process was really great. I had both one-on-one and panel interviews. Everything was organized well. The DI team really took the time to look over my resume beforehand and had prepared questions. Different interviews focused on different things, which shows they were prepared. Everyone was very professional. After the interviews, DI does a Gallup Talent Insight assessment before hiring.

I was first reached out to by a recruiter and we had a quick 20-minute chat about my background and what I've done. Then, about four days later, I had my first interview, which was 30 minutes long and with the management team. They asked me to introduce myself and share some details about my technical background. They also asked me a couple of questions about how I'd handle certain situations and what I saw as the toughest aspect of this job. After that, I was invited to a second interview with the Director. This last interview was more of a chat, really trying to see if I'd be a good cultural fit for the company.

The interview process was a good experience overall. I had a phone interview with the company's recruiting agency. The following week on Monday, I had a panel interview with the direct managers for the position. Later that same week on Thursday, I had a meeting with the Director. The next week on Thursday, HR gave me a job offer. All interviews were calm and conversational. The manager interviews focused more on my attributes and job history, and the Director asked thought-provoking, unconventional questions about me as a person.
