First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Data Evolution.
Software Developer
The interview went well. We discussed the project details and introduced ourselves. I talked about my background and past projects to show what I can do and my experience, which made it a good talk.
- Can you introduce yourself and share examples of your past projects?
System Engineer
it was a 3 levels process over three interviews, first with HR for personality and goals, second with the IT Manager, and the third with an IT engineer for technical questions.
- Tell me about your resume.
Client Success Manager
HR Manager reached out to me on LinkedIn about the job. We did the first phone screen and then they set up a time for me to talk to one of the owners. I interviewed with him on Zoom. He told me HR would reach out about the next steps. I waited a week and followed up with her since I hadn't heard back. She mentioned they had just extended an offer to another candidate and it was accepted. Shows they didn't care about my time and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me they were proceeding with someone else. That's what the company thinks of candidates!
- What basic questions were asked during the initial phone screen?
- The interview with the owner was very conversational.
