It was a lengthy interview process, spanning 6-7 hours, after which I received no feedback, positive or negative. The interview process was delayed without any clear reason. I believe candidates have a right to be informed about the interview process before they commit to it.

The first step was an HR round. They asked me questions about my qualifications, work experience and other information based on my CV. Then, there was a typing test. After that, a written test. The last round was a question and answer session. They showed me some charts and asked questions to check my knowledge in medical terminologies. I should have brushed up on my anatomy and physiology.

The interview process is pretty standard, involving an initial PI round, followed by a technical discussion, then an Ops round, and finally an HR discussion. It's basically the same as other companies, but they hire contractors here. Just be confident and answer everything.

Technical Behavioral

It was a 3 phase interview process. Started with a technical round, which included a typing test, and tests observing audio and video. This was followed by a face-to-face interview. Finally, there was a general HR interview round to clear. If selected after these stages, you would receive an offer letter.
