Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Daspit Law Firm.
Associate Attorney
It was a video interview done online. A female firm partner interviewed me. She wasn't friendly and was very direct, not showing any interest in getting to know me. She only shared that the mandatory work week is 54 hours when I asked. I didn't get a good feeling from her or the firm; it felt like a quick interview just to get it done.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Attorney
Applied on Thursday and got the offer the next Monday. Met with a senior attorney in the SA office, which was nice and quiet. No negotiation on the 60K base for a 54-hour work week; no retirement or PTO offered.
- Do you have deposition experience?
Associate Lawyer
OCI at Texas A&M. The interviewer was a very nice person and had tons of insight on the company. I would definitely refer an interview with the attorney that I interviewed with. Very insightful.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself?
