It was one round of interviews where they asked basic questions about me, my experience, and my background. They also asked about my strengths and weaknesses and really checked my communication skills. Finally, they talked about when I could join and my salary package.

I applied online and a team member emailed me for a phone screen. We chatted a few days later, and the HR rep liked me enough to set up a meeting with the CEO. The CEO call happened a week later. The CEO seemed uninterested in my background or how I could contribute, frequently interrupting me and the HR rep, and generally came off as rude. He was, however, keen to learn about my current employer. A red flag was raised when the CEO asked me to show my current employer's dashboards and Salesforce reports. I found this unprofessional and declined. The CEO then ended the call soon after.
