The first two interviews were online. After the second one, I was told I wasn't selected. Both stages were smooth, discussing my experience and future plans. The interviewers were very friendly and answered all my questions.

I was invited to the DASA selection process at the Delboni Auriemo laboratory in Tatuapé for the Administrative Assistant role. Upon arrival, there were about 20 to 25 people for the selection, which included an interview with the recruiter and a simple 12-minute typing test. If one passed the first stage, there would be a second interview with the area manager. After this, the recruiter informed me that the vacancy was for reception, and I mentioned that I came for the Administrative Assistant selection. However, what bothered me most during the interview was learning that the vacancy was for the Barueri region, and I live in another part of SP. The distance was indeed huge, and of course, when we send our resume through the company system, it's possible to know where the candidate lives, but unfortunately, this wasn't communicated beforehand, neither in the email nor in the job description! I believe the company failed significantly in this regard, but it's something for HR to consider for future reference.
