First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at DAS Health.
Project Manager
The interview process is comprehensive, offering opportunities to interact with individuals at various organizational levels. Following an initial screening by the recruiter, the process can extend for a few weeks, depending on the specific role, but updates on the status were provided.
- Drawing from your past experiences, how would you address a recognized gap within the current organization?
Systems Engineer
The interview process was really thorough and organized. They really take their time to make sure they get the right people in, so that client expectations are always met at a really high level. They asked a bunch of questions that were a mix of technical and background stuff, and also about what I was expecting in the role. They made sure that we both understood the job and what they were looking for. Overall, it was a great experience.
- How would you handle a situation with an upset customer?
- What are your expectations for this position?
- Can you tell us about your background and how it relates to this role?
Account Manager
My application got a response from an account manager, which was unexpected for an initial screening instead of an HR person. The account manager was also late for our first phone interview and didn't let me know. She seemed unprepared and exhausted during the call, not engaged even when she was talking. The 20-minute call finished in 15 minutes. This unprofessionalism reflects poorly on DAS Health for not using trained HR for initial applicant contact.
- What are your salary expectations?
Help Desk Technician
The interview had three parts: a phone screen, an interview with the team, and then a final interview with the VP of the department. It was a pretty easy and straightforward interview process. I liked that they seemed genuinely interested in hiring the right people for the company.
- Were there any technical questions?
- Can you tell me about a difficult customer situation you handled?
- Which ticketing systems are you familiar with?
