First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Daryl Flood, Inc..
Financial Analyst
I sent my resume to HR and heard back after a few days. I had an interview, and then HR emailed me confirmations offering me a job, contingent on passing a drug test, about two weeks later.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with a stressful situation?
- How do you manage relationships with difficult colleagues?
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Manager
Applied through LinkedIn and the interview process was smooth and efficient. It started with a phone interview with the recruiter, followed by interviews with several levels of management. The leaders shared great information about the company's mission, vision, and values, and explained the "Great Game of Business," highlighting how everyone is aware of the company's performance weekly.
- Describe your leadership style.
- What feedback would your previous manager give about you?
Customer Service Representative
I had an informal chat with HR and a Customer Service Manager. The job wasn't feasible because I live too far away, which was a bummer because I think I would have really liked it if I were closer. They were nice, always got back to me quickly when I called or emailed, and kept me updated on everything. It's a great company and a nice area.
