I had 2 interviews and an assessment test in between. The first was with HR and focused on my experience and expectations. The second one was with the future team leads to check my project management expertise.

The interview process was quite long and demanding, with a total of three interviews, each lasting about 1.5 hours. It seems they're aiming for top-tier candidates but are offering below-average compensation, which wasn't revealed during the hiring stages.

Group Behavioral Case

I applied via LinkedIn and a recruiter contacted me pretty quickly for an initial screening call. After that, I was invited to an assessment centre which was either the next week or the week after. The assessment centre had a group activity where they wanted to see how we worked as a team and what part we played. They were looking for people who could stand out without being overbearing, and assessed our relationship management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. For example, I found it helpful to encourage quieter members and ask for their input. After the group task, we had individual interviews with senior team members, which felt a bit structured with a list of questions to help them compare candidates. A few days later, the recruiter arranged an informal chat with two more team members, which was great for a more open discussion about the role and the company.
