First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Darwill.
Senior Software Engineer
The interview process was good. The people were really nice. I had no complaints and everyone was polite. I'd recommend them.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Human Resources Generalist
I spoke with the recruiter and the VP of HR, but unfortunately, I got an automated rejection email, which felt impersonal. The company culture seemed nice though. I hope they treat their actual employees better than they treated me as a candidate.
- Can you tell me about your background and experience?
- How proficient are you with Excel?
- Do you hold any HR certifications?
IT Support Specialist
I was contacted through LinkedIn, and then we had some follow-up calls and emails. Before the in-person interview, there were two phone interviews. They gave me an offer, we talked about the salary, and I accepted. I started about two weeks after that.
- Can you share your past experience in IT support roles?
- What kind of experience do you have?
- Tell me about your background.
Data Analyst
The process started with a take-home exam. Then there was a follow-up interview with the whole team about the exam. It was pretty easy, but they did ask some people why they made certain choices.
- Could you build a model for this specific target audience?
