Administrative Assistant
It was a really involved process. It started with a phone call with the HR Manager, then an in-person meeting with them where I had to fix a writing sample. After that, I had another interview with HR where I had 30 minutes to write a letter about what I thought the job was, following a Q&A with the HR Manager. The last part was a long afternoon of interviews, meeting 7 different people over three hours. Some were group sessions and others were one-on-one. They asked some tough questions, and some were just casual chats. I appreciated their thoroughness in finding the right fit, but it ultimately wasn't for me.

So, for the Administrative Assistant III role, it was a full day of interviews. I met with like 3-4 different panels, each having 3-4 interviewers, and each session was about 30-60 minutes. I also had individual meetings with the HR director, the hiring manager, and another director. The schedule included short 15-minute breaks between sessions.
