First, I had a quick phone screen, and then the next day, I did a video interview. The whole interview was pretty straightforward and focused on behavioral aspects. Any technical questions they asked weren't like typical leet code problems, more just general ones.

I had a phone screen first, and then they emailed me to set up my first interview. I scheduled it quickly and talked to someone I would work with directly. This interview focused on my background, getting to know me, some of my experiences, and my passions. The recruiter set up the second interview like the first. It was similar but with more technical people. It went well and I learned a lot about the job, so I accepted the offer. I'm enjoying it so far!

The interview process for this role began promptly but became a lengthy and drawn-out affair. I was initially told it would consist of four parts. It kicked off with a standard recruiter phone screen, followed by an interview with two principal consultants, both of which occurred within the first week. The technical phase involved a CTF challenge cobbled together from various GitHub repositories. I was tasked with working on this CTF for several days and expected to provide my findings for free, even though all aspects of the CTF could have been covered in a typical technical interview. Following the CTF, I had a meeting with the hiring manager, who proceeded to criticize my performance and experience, drawing unfavorable comparisons to other candidates. Over the course of a month, I was repeatedly told that the team was still deliberating on a decision. It appears no decision was made, as the job was later reposted. I would advise against investing your time in this process.

I got an offer to interview for a Software Engineer role at Dark Wolf Solutions. The interviewer called me 15 minutes after we were supposed to connect, but the call lasted only a second. I didn't even get to answer my phone. I tried calling them back and emailed them a bunch of times, saying I'd still like the chance to interview, but I never heard back. It was a really bad experience. I put in time getting ready for this interview and took time off work for it. It's super disappointing to be treated like this, basically ignored. Hope they don't do this to other people.
