Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Darden.
Software Engineer
I got through the aptitude round using my logic and math skills. Then, in the technical round, I solved some coding problems that are like what you'd see on the job. Finally, the HR round was about seeing if I'd be a good fit, if I communicated well, and if I was confident.
- Could you explain data abstraction?
- What is a database?
Software Engineer
It seems like you had a good interview experience with three rounds, including two technical interviews and an HR round. The process was friendly and thorough, which probably made a good impression.
- Tell me about your experience with React.
- What's your proficiency in Javascript?
- Can you discuss your knowledge of Typescript?
Senior Software Developer
Met with other developers who asked a mix of technical and culture questions. Everyone I spoke to was well spoken and nice. For a "non tech" tech job I feel like it would have been good. Nice office spaces.
- Can you explain the difference between inner and outer joins in SQL?
