Pretty standard interview process - initial phone screening with lower level manager and then Zoom call with two managers related to specific sales and job activities and review job responsibilities in greater detail

I applied and they got back to me super fast. First was a screening call, which I aced. Then came two really long 1-hour online tests. The final step was a 45-minute in-person interview with the Director and his superior, who actually dozed off during it. What happened? Well, they were hiring their second class of 12 people and paying barely above minimum wage. When I asked about compensation for commissions, the director was really vague. I basically asked what sales volume is needed to exceed the guaranteed commissions in the first year. He just said it's quota-based and couldn't provide specific dollar amounts for the first three months. I think my question revealed that hitting those targets is tough in year one. My gut feeling is this is a place where they hire fast and fire fast, and only the long-term employees make good money. When people leave, their accounts go to the veterans. This is probably best for high school grads or very young professionals. I was definitely overqualified. They wasted my time and didn't even offer me the job.

It was pretty easy. Started with a phone interview, then an in-person interview, and then they made an offer right there. I didn't take it though because your start time seems to change a lot, and there's also unpredictable overtime.
