Support Engineer
So, first they look at your resume to see if you're a good fit. If you pass that, they invite you for a viva, which is basically like an interview. It was conducted by three people, and one of them was from HR. The whole thing lasted about 20 to 25 minutes. They were really nice and professional, though.
- Could you tell me the full form of WiFi?
- Can you explain the difference between LAN and WAN?
- What distinguishes Windows and Linux operating systems?
Director Commercial
The interview process was quite straightforward, involving a few situational questions, but mostly centered on discussing your experience and how you would lead different channels and your current perspective on them. There were three interviews held with the Line Manager, the Group Commercial Director, and the CEO. All these interactions were very pleasant, especially the one with the CEO, who was a great person to talk to. However, the HR department was arguably the most difficult HR I've ever encountered, which was the main reason I decided against taking the role.
- What changes would you implement?
- What would be the strategy for Private Label?
- Can you give an example of a challenging decision you had to make?
Key Account Manager
It started with a call, a phone vetting, where they specifically asked for my expected package and would usually reject CVs if they expected too much. Then they sent an email requesting an interview. The interview was a panel/individual interview. They asked for packages received at previous jobs. There were no negotiations regarding how they want to meet salary expectations. Rejection was based on expectations not matching their budget. Salaries are lower than industry standards. The job description, title, and salary do not match.
- In what ways would you go about expanding a category?
- Could you please share your expected salary package?
- What were the compensation packages at your past employers?
Web Developer
So, first I had to do an aptitude and personality test. After that, I had an interview where they asked me about myself and the projects I worked on. They also asked some basic HTML and CSS questions. The interview itself was pretty relaxed and friendly.
- Can you elaborate on the projects you've been involved in?
- Could you tell me more about yourself?
- Do you have any questions about HTML?
