Facade Engineer
It was a really professional interview process, and they didn't ask any HR-type questions. The interviewer was focused on my background and my technical knowledge. You don't need to prepare for super deep technical details; general engineering knowledge is helpful, and it's good to be open-minded when answering.
- Can you describe your experience with facade construction projects?
Interior Architect
The interview process in a company was tough and usually followed several structured stages to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. In this case, there was only one technical panel interview round, and the interview difficulty/focus depended on the candidate's experience level.
- Can you elaborate on the latest interior materials and their detailed applications?
- Could you explain your proficiency with Revit?
- Please provide a detailed explanation of your previous projects.
Office Manager
I interviewed with a design-focused recruiter because it's a consulting firm that also focuses on architecture. The interview process involved one online interview followed by an in-person one. Although there were some scheduling hiccups, it seemed like they were keen on interviewing me as my process was delayed significantly. I suspect I didn't get the job because they hired someone with a lower salary expectation, as I received no negative feedback at all.
- Can you describe your experience in previous positions?
