The interview process involved an initial visit to their office, where I had to complete a form about my background, education, and hobbies, which seemed redundant given the resumes. While the interview went well, I didn't get much information about the company's products or services. The role involves the potential to manage your own branch within a year, starting at an entry level in sales and customer service, with a clear path for advancement to leadership roles. A few hours after the first meeting, I received a call for a second interview, which lasted about two hours and covered details like salary and target customers.

The first interview was super short, like 15 minutes, and I was with 6 other people. They apparently interview like 100 people a week, so maybe lots of people quit? The next day they had me back for what they called a "full-day interview." But really, it was just following the team around a neighborhood, going into businesses, and trying to sell their product. I ended up walking like 4 miles before noon and we didn't even close one deal. I also found out it's all commission, so if you need a regular paycheck, you better find 5 companies to sign up every week. I decided not to continue, but they mentioned if you do, you apparently become your own boss fast and start hiring people below you to do the door-to-door stuff you were doing. Then they do the same thing, it's just a continuous loop.

I applied online and got a call the next day from DAP HR to come in for a face-to-face interview. The first round was with the CEO for about 10-15 minutes, where he asked about my work history and who I am as a person. He also mentioned potential progression. The second round was a full day. I was contacted later that evening and invited for the next day. I showed up with 7 other people and was matched with an account manager. They took me around, asked big-picture questions about critical thinking and problem-solving. At lunch, they explained the company structure, what they were looking for, and pay details. In the afternoon, I observed and did tasks, and was asked riddles. I filled out a form with questions about what the account manager discussed. The third round was back with the CEO, who questioned my motivation, work ethic, and ability to think big. I was offered the position on Friday and started Monday.

It was a great process, with three rounds in total. The first was a quick 10-15 minute chat with the CEO where he gave a quick rundown of the role and company. Then, I had a full-day second round. An account manager took me out, showed me the ropes of the entry-level gig, and we talked about growth potential and pay over lunch. They even treated me to lunch! The last round, about 20-30 minutes, was back with the CEO. He asked questions about my day and to check what I remembered.
