I got contacted about two months after I applied. The whole process was just one in-person interview with HR and the hiring manager. They were both pretty nice and professional. It was a pretty standard interview with about five product management questions. But, it felt super rushed because they had interviews back-to-back. As soon as I asked my last question, they wrapped it up super fast and basically showed me out. It didn't really give me a chance to dig deeper. About two weeks later, I got a standard rejection email saying I should ask for feedback. I did, but never heard back.

First I talked to the recruiter, who was really professional. Then I met with my immediate manager and then the area manager. The recruiter checked in after I was hired to see if I was happy with the job and the process. We talked about my past experience and career path, what the job entails, and my personal development goals. But honestly, the personal development part is not great, so I'd say to challenge that.

It took about 3 weeks to hear back after I applied. After that, the process was pretty simple. I had an initial call with the hiring manager, and then we were able to set up an online meeting within a week. The interview was mostly conversational, asking general questions about my experiences and technologies. They spent more time introducing the position, explaining the responsibilities and daily tasks. It took about another week to get feedback or updates.
