The interview was pretty easy. The interviewer mostly asked about stuff that was on my resume and in the job description. The questions were all directly related, pretty much what I expected, and simple.

Had an interview with the team members, and I had to prepare a presentation about myself. Then I had a one-on-one phone interview with the manager. About 6 people were in the interview, and each team member asked at least one question.

It was a smooth interview process, the people were nice and understanding. The questions were technical but not too difficult, overall medium level. I recommend this company. Make sure to prepare for all kinds of questions and have solid reasoning for your past experiences.

HR or a department manager will reach out to candidates they are interested in. If agreed, the candidate is brought in for an onsite interview. Candidates usually give a 30-minute presentation about their experience or projects. This is attended by HR, managers/VPs, and some consultants/engineers. After that, candidates have hour-long sessions with different people from the leadership team and possibly some consultants from the team they are interviewing for. Some of these interviews might be by phone if the interviewer isn't on-site. During these interviews, they usually just ask about your past experience and possibly some behavioral questions. Technical questions are rarely asked. Some interviewers spend a lot of time talking about their own group/department. Usually, the department VP/leader takes you out to lunch. There might be follow-up phone interviews by other managers if they couldn't make it during the onsite.
