First I sent my cv for screening, then the recruiter called me. After that, there was a test and an individual interview. Then, a second individual interview at the competent region. The third interview was with the area manager. Finally, they made me a job offer.

It was a good interview process, very professional people and a great attitude to work with. Very nice people, but it was laid back and they were very nice to me.

Behavioral Technical Other

A recruiter/screener reached out and I had a phone screen. Later that week, I was invited for an in-person interview at their Houston office with the L&D lead. The interview happened in the conference room and the chairs were falling apart. The office overall seemed poorly maintained. When I got to ask my questions, I finally found out about the salary. It's an hourly position (not specified on the job req) and was $25-30 per hour. That's 62k annually working 40 hours every week at the top end of their rate - nearly 10k less than a teacher's salary. I rescinded my interest in the position.

I had a phone interview and then a short follow-up. I was referred to Danos by current BP offshore employees who thought I was qualified. They knew I wanted to advance my career and had enough confidence and faith to offer me the job to do just that.
