The interview process was straightforward and quick. It consisted of two interviews in total: one with a recruiter and another with a hiring manager. In my situation, due to the hiring manager being on holiday, I was interviewed by a different manager.

The skills required for the intern position were more than what was needed. The HR manager was not very interested, but the line manager seemed more engaged. The local business unit felt different and behind compared to other Danone BUs in Europe. The salary offered was insufficient for living in an expensive city like Milan. The process involved: 1) A 5-minute self-presentation. 2) A group case study with a presentation. 3) An individual written test. 4) A face-to-face interview.
