The process was assertive and important to me. I liked the welcoming atmosphere and the importance they give to the employee from the first contact. I felt very well attended to by the company's HR. Behavioral Group Case Presentation

Had a quick first call with HR about my background and how it fit the role, then got invited to an assessment two days later. The assessment was a whole morning thing: started with a presentation about the company and role, then we candidates did quick intros. We then did two group cases on topics relevant to the job: market share mellin and channel acquisition Alpro. After that, HR contacted me for feedback on the assessment and an invite for an individual interview that afternoon. It was about 40-45 mins with HR and hiring managers, mostly about past experiences and motivations. Lots of personal feedback after each step, whether I passed or not.

I had a phone call with HR that went very well. It was a good conversation, and the questions were manageable if you prepare a bit. We started with introductions, and then the HR person asked me more questions about my professional background, my strengths, and my weaknesses.
